I approved this review to show that I don't filter reviews. Good, bad or indifferent, I post them. Although this is a customer service issue & not a product review, I will address it here for all to see.
I'm sorry to hear your wand was broken upon arrival. Thank you for letting me know that this happened. That was definitely a one of a kind, there's no "replacing" it. I wrapped it in bubble wrap, put it in a bubble envelope, put a FRAGILE label on it & even wrote "DO NOT BEND" on the back of it. This is how I have shipped ALL of my wands & have never had an issue. The packaging & shipping was already more than the five dollars you were charged. If I were to have sent it any other way it would've cost me more than the total cost of your order. Resulting in me taking a loss & you getting it for free. I'm sorry but that's just not good business. Please send me pictures of it & the packaging & I'll see what I can do to resolve this issue. I apologize for USPS & I will be going there today to see what we can do about this. If you need anything else please contact customer service.
